Guest user for free courses not work

Hi, When I follow the procedure for creating a Guest User id that you have posted on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCdx0LKM2o4 to allow guests to follow the free courses without logging in, this function does not work and the button "Or pursuit as guest" does not appear.
