Having problems sending emails

Right now we are using WP Mail SMTP with google mail. We need to activate when our users register and send an email like welcome but for some reason it dosent work. We had the change password working but now that one dosent work too. Can someone please help me?

Hi, Forgot password uses simple wordpress mail function so if it's not working then please contact to your webhost as he may be blocking mail function . Then for welcome emails you will need to goto lms>>settings>>emails fill all those fields and enable welcome email there.
