Header Menu Isn't Showing

My menus will show in the footer widgets & side bar, but not the heading. I even installed MegaMenu to try to override whatever is wrong. Still nothing.

The menu shows when no one is logged in. When a person logs in the menu disappears.

hello, its not an admin account. anyways goto wp-admin >> appearance >> menus >> and select the main menu and check the all boxes.

1. for instructor
2. for student
3. mobile menu
4. main menu

it will start appearing. if you cant make it work then share the admin credentials ina private reply.
