header.php file update fails

I have wplms one instructor theme installed. when i try to change my headr.php file using the theme editor, it is failing to do so and recommending to change through SFTP. But i tried to change the file through FTP client but no change is happening. Hello, Goto wp-admin >> appearance >> customize >> header >> header style. Check your header style, suppose you are using sleek header style then changes will be made in header-sleek.php others are:
1. header-default.php
2. header-transparent.php
3. header-mooc.php etc.
