yes because you have not installed the theme completely first you need to completely install and activate the Vibebp and Wplms Plugin
then you have to deactivate the plugins you will get the notice for that

Hello, I've been running this theme for 4 months now, including the support accessed the theme,

Which theme would you recommend, that was less problematic with respect to color and execution. Please tell us the best suggestion.
Because the current one has given a lot of problems in colors.
To solve color problems in the theme we are currently using, we have already written over 50 additional CSS lines ... that the support has given us and still has places that are unreadable.
And changing the color in the theme panel has not resolved it has to be by CSS.
