Unfortunately, both your issues are valid but the page is built using elementor and this is a limitation of Elementor, not of the theme.
1. This is again Elementor issue not theme issue.
2. The page is built on Elementor. This is not a Theme related issue at all.
For blazing fast, you can use our Vibe Editor which is by default deactivated but it creates much faster and better layouts, but has poor interface. To enable it from WP admin - WPLMS - Misc.

1. This is not a theme issue. Elementor guys have admitted, see their response on above. There not a single theme which does not have this issue with elementor. Please consult Elementor on this, the issue originates from them.
The recommendation was based on your requirements. Theme only a part of your website, how you create your website is up to you. You want a visual page building tool, elementor is best out there and it has limitations. This is no way is a theme issue and neither can we provide you with any fix to resolve this. You can raise this issue with any theme using a page builder tool.
2. The service worker issue is resolvable by using this tip in docs : https://docs.wplms.io/admin-guide-faqs#pwa-plus-icon-does-not-appear , there is a section about Elementor icons. Let me know if this does not help.

Hi as the issue is with your content not actually related to theme and also issue is very strange in nature please provide some time to debug . I think is is happening due to animations on the elementor block .
Please disable the animation and check this again.
