how do i remove reviews from courses

Hello, i need to remove reviews from courses and stars also or i need the stars to look normal (lol) inside my courses. See prinscreen : https://prnt.sc/v3w4se Also, is it possible to make reviews mandatory before awarding Certificate? Or as i said, need them gone. :)) Please help. Thank you Anca Bogdan
