You have to create a course card in which you can add this text and it will be applied to your course similarly like this
i mean i want to add what is the course language in course menu

ok on version 3 this can be achieved with customization
steps:
first, you need to create a custom setting for the same using this tip:
https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/adding-custom-settings-in-front-end/
one you create this custom setting it will create meta accordingly in database
and then we can fetch it with the help of filter:
apply_filters(‘wplms_course_meta’,$meta)

sorry for the delay due to the server issue
a feature like an instructor will choose their course language
with the above-provided tip
we can do a thing not the selection option but we can create the text area with the help of the above tip
and then we can fetch that provided detail
with some custom codes
but can't provide the selection option as you have mentioned.
please let me know your views on the same
