How to add Survey at the end of the course?

I want to add survey at the end of the course which is required for all the students to partake. There was an outdated video by vibe themes which is not working for the current version of wplms. -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTDlH3N0-AI - Not working. Is there any solution for adding a survey at the end of the course.

hi survey type is not available right now but can be possible with the vibe-forum plugin but it is not published yet

Atleast can we able to add a link before the submit button or somewhere to redirect to another link because it is a requirment for all the students who enroll to a particular course to do the evaluation.

You can add the survey URL using the editor in the last unit. Or Create A unit name course survey where you can create a survey URL.
