How to customize the colors for the top bar student menu and Student Dashboard

I'm wondering how to change the colors/overall look of both the top bar student widget (that is a quick links menu for the site) and the student's Dashboard area. See attached for examples.

Hi, Go to wp-admin>appearance>customize>header. Then set login "login drop light background" and "login drop dark background" Refer : http://prntscr.com/irhk9m
