How to email Certificate on course completion

How I can send assigned Certificate to course to user email address after completion of course.

  There is no automatic process for this as of now. But once the user has obtained the certificate, you can open it by going to their profile or the students can themselves open the certificate from their profile. Once the certificate is opened, its saved as an attachment to that course, so you can go to your media library and download that image and email the user manually.

I also need to have the certificate automatically sent to users. It saves them the hassle to keep going back to login. Any update if this will be added in future versions?

Can the user get a notification email that he earned the certification? And then simply logging in and viewing the certificate in his profile?

yup this is available .Student can get email notificaton that they received certificate  as well as instructor also . refer : http://prntscr.com/kpn9wr    goto wp-admin -> lms ->settings -> touch points to enable it .

Logan, touchpoint email notification does not seem to work if the cert is assigned manually by the instructor... is that correct (if not, then I have some other problem)? thanks
