I am facing the following troubles:
    1. When a user logs in to my site on top of the site the wordpress tool bar is present. I want to disable the tool bar for all users. Its should be seen only when I login via wp-admin. How to do this?
2 In the Logged in Admin panel there is a setting icon that reads Access Admin panel on hover and links to the admin panel. I want to remove this icon and the corresponding link as I dont want other users to go to my wp-admin page Basically I want to setup in such a way that apart from the admin no one can see the wp-admin area. Please help

@anirban, Apologies for the delayed response here. Through this setting, you can hide the wp-admin area access. Go to wp-admin > WPLMS > BuddyPress Refer: http://prntscr.com/ji213w
