hello, this is not available in wplms till now. but you can create a custom feature request for this. we will consider this in the development process.

Ok, is there a 3rd party plugin that will work with your site we can use for the comments?

Actually you can say it a disadvantage of wordpress. Here we are not loading the data using ajax which loads the data instantly because here it is not possible. We are actually fetching the data from database and you have to refresh the page to check the new loaded data. But, this is why we are revamping the whole wplms in reactjs which introduces this kind of feature and load data instantly in a blink. I am sorry but you have to wait for that
