How To remove student count?

Hi There,   Is there a quick way to remove student count display on every page that information appears (e.g. Courses)? I was able to do it via custom css, however is extremely cumbersome. There is still one i am not able to remove / hide which is the student count in the home course carrousel. Thanks in advance

Please try adding the given css for this    : ul.slides .block_content .instructor_course + strong {display:none}
