I have course and I need to divide the students into batches so that each batch contains a certain members, and each batch contains a separate online meeting(bbb meeting) The problem I get is when the specified period expires (one month for example) the batches becomes available to students and they do not appear to renew the subscription. How do I make batches specific to a certain period and after that students who do not renew the subscription cannot see everything that happens in these batches and cannot reach the meetings   Note that the meeting  is created privacy (groups or batches ) for the meeting.

Hi, Batch has setting called start and end date in batch-page>manage>batch :https://prnt.sc/sequp3 and https://prnt.sc/seqvbw Also if user is member of batch and  batch is conneted with course. Then user can be restricted from batch settings.

Hi, The subscription support is not added because Batch is not based on time limit. But For subscription you can do create new batch and and connect with course and remove previous batch from course. And yes when user id removed from batch he/she will automatically removed from connected courses too.

Hi, Batch is all about the restriction to course but you can use above solution for subscription. You have not to delete the batch only remove the courses from batch . And connect courses to new batch thus new batch restriction will apply on courses. Then there will no activity loss for old- batch.

Unfortunately, this is a bigger problem because every teacher creates a new batch every month, meaning that every month more than 1,000 new batches will be added to the site. I hope that there is a good solution here other than this, you did a good thing, but this must meet the needs and the students must be restricted in the batches automatically.

You can manually set start and end time . Like previously date was 11 May-15 May and instructor want for 16 May-25 May Then he should set date manually 16 May- 25 May on 16-May Note : But for repeated purchase you must to create new batch because student already added in old batch(if you remove student they will remove from course too) and course. Thus instructor need new restrictions(new batch)

I have already discussed this issue with Mr.Vibe then sharing details with you regarding concern. Batch is about the restriction so that instrutor can create multiple batch with prices/date/no.of student  sell as product. Yes you can create multiple batch for single course with different price and different no. of student. You just need to enter the no.of student in batch settings.

Hi, Note:Group/Batch price does not changed because it is not a woocommerce product. You have to create a product and connect batch with that product. You can use Woocomerce variable product for different dates. Refer this video:https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqiZiYOyaq Make sure you are using variable product.
