    I attempted to go through the other posts regarding this message and could not find anything.  I purchased the theme yesterday and have not been able to install it after multiple attempts. I have already made the following changes. Updated PHP settings Deactivated all Plugins Rolled back WordPress to 5.1. Deleting the theme in File Manager allows me access to wp-admin but reinstalling it produces the same problem. A previous theme from another developer I purchased works no problem. Any suggestions at this point?

    @virtute Are you able to install and activate wordpress default theme? Is it running smoothly? The error you are facing with only wplms? Then do one thing share your PHP error log, Cpanel credentials, admin credentials, site URL, which demo you want to install on your site
    We do provide free installation service.
    But for that purpose please ask your webhost for these changes:
    • PHP version : 7.1+(because we have some conflicts in version 7.1)
    • PHP Max Upload Limit: 128mb or more
    • PHP Memory Limit: 128mb or more
    • PHP Max Execution Time: 200s
    After that share your cpanel, admin credentials, site URL and also which demo you want to install on your site. We will do it for you
