    I have trouble using push notifications I cannot send notifications to students individually and also to all users

    Well I checked but you need to put your site on https instead of http in  order to make the push notifications work as firebase does not allows notifications to be send from non secure websites .

    Yes its not working , Firebase has again changed something in their configuration . We are working on it .
