    I noticed that my theme is stuck on an older version, and I can't update it anywhere. I tried following the video instructions, the envato/themeforest verify doesn't work and my updater tells me there are none available. Can you please show me how to solve this issue please? WooCommerce is not working on my websites. I'll share website and credentials in the next comment

    Well the old envato api which we were using for updates in wplms 3.6 or below are deprecated now. Therefore
    if your theme version is 3.6 or below then refer :
    https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/(manually update theme)

    if 3.7 then refer :
    https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/
    (check the new updates video )

    This will happen for this time only from next time you need to follow the new video for auto update.
