i hate your ordering/payment system

i ordered and paid for the wplms s3 plugin but you do not let me download it > <span style="color: #444444; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 21px;">You must have an active subscription to WPLMS S3 in order to download this file.</span> FIX IT!!! i have tried for over 1 hour to order this plugin and stumbled across 15-20 problems to buy a simple plugin
