Well this is not replicated at my test mutisite setup : http://prntscr.com/ktzl57   I have already checked it when you reported the issue . I first thought its related to multisite setup but I debugged further realizing it the issue is actually related to server . I also checked the reason behind it the function vc_settings_preset is used in VC but the filein which its defined  is not included .I think its included via something .There is a composer.php file in the VC plugin which has paths of the files in which the functions are written and they are all included in run time but on your server they are not .

this is solved, in my server wwwroot folder is with "*.", that is not well setup for js_composer, if re install all without then is working, close this issue
