I know this might be too much a request to ask but it’s been a long time coming. My client is not patient anymore with my excuses and delay. She has being checking my work and always complain, then I have to create a ticket and the delay is really pissing her off why I havent fixed many issues, plus she is wondering why many issues keep coming if I said I paid for the theme and I am not using a stolen paid theme or free theme.
Please, I plead that you help log into my account and have a thorough check and review on my dashboard to see every problem and issues that is not working properly or properly checked which makes my site works differently from your normal theme or works abnormally. Help fix everything and test. Just navigate through everything, features and sections to see what is not working and fix so I dont come back or she can run. She said I should do a video tour round the site and throughly when I tried doing I started seeing so many flaws.
Please, I need a way pls. Thanks in anticipation of your kind gesture
Note: Try adding a friend to a group, try to create a zoom meeting with “shared”, try click on the notification, try checking the forum and please try to do something about those preloaders and delay in dashboard loading

The problem is with the server :
as you can see I am facing the issue with plugins page as well .
The same is happening on the site with various api calls on your server and the data is not coming and hence the erorrs are appearing on the site .
I would recommend you to change the server instead .
We usually recommends Vps with atleast 2Gb of ram and 10 GB SSD with i3+ processor OR WP engine .2 years ago AlexKeymaster
The shared hosting will work but as its shared hosting it can vary as the resources are shared and it can be possible another site is eating much resources from the machine .
Performance is not at all guaranteed in shared hosting .
There is another way then which is to disable the features of themeby disabling the plugins you do not want .
you just three plugins actually :
and wplms plugin .
Rest of the plugins can be deactivated .This should definitely help with the 503 errors .
