Icons not displayed

Hello, Many times the website not display some icons as you can see here: https://prnt.sc/125a0yh - https://prnt.sc/125a1o8 I get this issue with all the sites in the multisite: for now https://oukaap.comand https://oukaap.com/learnspanish/ I though I was a problem with my browser cache but it's not the case because another students has the same issue in their devices. I ask server support to clean cache from cPanel/server but not resolve the issue. I don't think a student/user has to clean cache each tie he access the website! I think this is an internal cache issue. What do you think?
