Hi- our school is running into issues with paid students repeatedly receiving a "Course expired" message long before a course should be expired. We didn't use to have this issue. What are the ideal default settings to enable courses to meet the following criteria? Please spell out all details in laymen's terms, please. :)
    • One course, multiple units (our courses have 9 units)
    • Paid access only (not free or membership-based)
    • We want to set a date for the first unit to be available
    • Each subsequent unit (for us, Units 2-9) are available every 7 days on Monday at 12:00 AM
    • We want to be able to offer (sell) the same course to begin every 4 weeks, but keep students from one group (batch?) separate from other groups (batches).
For example, "Sample Course 101" session 1 begins on February 1, runs for 9 weeks, each unit drip-fed 7 days after previous. Then the same course ("Sample Course 101") begins anew on March 1 for a new group/batch of paid students, and so on for additional batches in April, May, June, etc. How is this all set up so that we don't have to manually adjust dates for every course, every unit, etc.? We are getting too many students surprised with a "Course expired" notice before the course is complete. Thanks for your help.

FYI, these settings are based on the starting date set for the course by admin, NOT by when student starts course. We need the stability of an exact start date, not lots of start dates per when students decide to login and start. Thanks :)

Well I read your scenario . I guess setting start date time of first unit is causing the problem in your course with the subscription of course . Please set start date of the course instead of setting start date and time of first unit . This will adjust the user subscription to course according to start date  . refer : http://prntscr.com/f39k6n To make access after 7 days for each enable drip feed in ocurse settings / refer :  http://prntscr.com/f39n1f for different batches you have to create different batches based in the duration of course like if course duration is of two months approx then create bactch like Maths course batch may-july . and then add ask the students to enroll into specific batches . for more please refer videos here : http://www.vibethemes.com/downloads/wplms-batches/
