Iframevideo large top and bottom margin

Hi, when I am using iframevideo for embedded Vimeo video (for example this: <span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">[vimeo 343649576 w=640 h=564])</span> I got very big top and bottom margin. When I use text mode and use <iframe> only, video is small and ugly, and margins still exists. How can I fix this? Regards Daniel Roziecki
