In-course setting function is not working

Hello, I want to create the quiz in one page. But when I change the setting to in-course quiz and set how many question per page, It still display the question one by one

Well sipmly remove the number of question settings and then save it and then check if all questions load or not : http://prntscr.com/ltdzf2 note that it will only work in In-course quiz which is this  : http://prntscr.com/ltdysx and will not work in single quiz page which is this : http://prntscr.com/ltdz5c
