Instructor Profile page does not load

Hi, I upgraded WPLMS to version 4.080, VibeBP to version 1.2.0, WPLMS plugin to version 1.2.0, Wordpress version 5.4.2 (not 5.5 since it causes JQuery errors), followed your instruction videos exactly, but the Instructor profile page does not load. Site gives a 404 Page not found error on clicking settings or notification under the logged in menu. Staging Site URL: https://online-accellearning-com.accellearning.staging.wpengine.com/ Adding site login credentials in next message as private. Please help me identify what step did I miss?

hi for that make sure that you have added this here http://prntscr.com/u7zdlt and check that member directory should be present and opening if the member directory is not opening and showing page not found then run the setup wizard again and skip the step just perform the one which has the directories and then checks the same

this happens when a member's directory doesn't include properly rerun the setup wizard solves this issue

Hi Veronica, I reran the wizard and still the problem was not solved. Can you please ask Jackson what did he do to fix the issues? It is very important for me to know the steps because I do not want to have a broken production site with paying customers. Thanks

hi as @jackson is not present once he join us he will reply you here the reason behind this is member-directory was not present as soon as he recovers the members-directory it starts working
