instructors earnings are not shown up

Hi, In dashboard for instructors no earnings are shown up as well as no stats on courses. The payment is already proceeded to instructor on LMS ->Settings and is shown in Orders. How this can be fixed? Thanks

Ask instructor to click on reload icon in commissions.

Thanks, it worked. the same is with the courses - in the courses/widgets/assignments widgets. The courses do not show up. Also, after payment, the password to the system is not sent by WooCommerce. Thanks

I mean the password is not sent to the customer after purchasing the course

This is controlled by WooCommerce. Try disabling the automatic password generation and ask the customer to fill a password in the checkout form. For this, WP Admin - WooCommerce - Account - Automatically generate customer password , uncheck this setting.
