A) If the user has purchased the course and joined a related batch - then there shouldn't be an 'apply' button, the user should be able to tart the course
This is not happening right now in your site . If user has purchased the course and have applied and instructor has approved her request then user will see start course button . B . this can be done already with the help of buy batch feature : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/ C . If user has joined the batch and you did not want him to purcahse the course then simply enable : Enable Course auto subscribe for Batch students setting from wp-admin -> lms -> settings . The key question still remains : whether you want to remove the enrol now button if the user has purchased the product and has applied or not yet applied for the course?October 30, 2019 at 6:42 am #231640jonllewellyn80ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.October 31, 2019 at 1:48 pm #231817Anshuman SahuKeymasterHi currently we are busy with theme update with quizzes on react and this is a custom job and we also need to review all the said things. January 8, 2020 at 5:38 am #238630jonllewellyn80ParticipantHi Logan, following up here, please reply To address I have removed the "Enroll Now" option to the batches Looking at the options from a blank slate another approach could be - Have the JOIN NOW button available for users that have paid for the course and those that have not. If they have paid, they simply JOIN the GROUP and can now start the course. If they haven't it pushes them to the cart to buy and register for the course. Once payment has gone through it would auto JOIN them to the GROUP they clicked on. This would override the Apply Now function as they have both Bought a course and Joined a batch/symposium. The below is how I would liked displayed for all users, those who have paid and who haven't. If PAID then just join and start. If haven't PAID, then pushed to CART to buy and then auto join the GROUP when payment made. https://prnt.sc/qkobqk https://prnt.sc/qkoc0d Does this make sense? Thanks Cheers JonJanuary 13, 2020 at 1:50 pm #239209Scott LangModeratorHi, Sorry for the late reply, We are checking your issue from the beginning. The above scenario does not clarifies about the direct purchase of course ? Do you wish that user cannot get the course without enrolling into any batches ? In your case right user will need to purchase two times : the course separately if she wants to apply and then the batch separately in order to finally have access to course .February 6, 2020 at 4:10 am #241587jonllewellyn80ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.February 7, 2020 at 6:49 am #241757Anshuman SahuKeymasterOkay made some fixes in the batches and course invite addon we provided. Please check now.February 19, 2020 at 12:45 am #243049jonllewellyn80ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private. -
