bbpress with plugin(bbPress Notify (No-Spam)) can send email notification for who subscribe the forum(not depend on user role) at the frontend.

Yes, it will do we are using bb-press functionality for the helpdesk plugin.

there are no one can receive email notification who create topic or reply on PWA.
what can i do?even moderator didn't receive email notification, so how to know student need help?
As bb-press notify is a third-party plugin. If the bb-press plugin sends an email then PWA also sends because we are inheriting the bb-press feature in the helpdesk plugin.
So can test with WordPress page as well as PWA-Helpdesk page.

I have checked, We are already using the bb-press function to create reply(bbp_insert_reply), topic(bbp_insert_topic), As you are using a third party plugin issue can be plugin does not support this.
Please contact the bb-press notify plugin for this issue.

Author think WPLMS is not calling the actions bbp_new_topic and bbp_new_reply when inserting the topics/replies. Those are the actions bbpnns needs to send out notifications.
Got the issue added the hook at our end.
Let me check at our end with bb-press and helpdesk.

We have not yet able to test with the third-party plugin.
