hi, for the 1 and 2, this is the images you make them using the photoshop. for the 4 refer:http://prntscr.com/qu0msp for the 3: you can add this css

I want to tell you one thing: the way you are asking codes to customize every single bit. it is going to create issue. it will be a never-ending solution and unresponsive. the template is elastic if you stretch it from one side then it will be stretched from everywhere.
