After the update, I create a unit, and when I want to write its content, a different editor appears. How can I recover the previous editor? This is much worse and is not translated into Spanish like the previous one.

its not an issue. it is happening because word press has changed its back-end editor.
you could get back that classic editor by installing a plugin and activate it.

Actually in the recent wordpress update to 5.0 it
comes with a completely new editor codenamed Gutenberg.
We can't help you in what wordpress has changed in their update. Please contact to their support.

I guess there is some security implemented your site due to which we are not able to login and check the issue .
Can you please disable that so that we can login and check it again ,
Also please try this as solution to your problem :
1 . goto wp-admin-> all pages.
2 . select and edit any page .
3 . simply click on the Visual tab in the editor of that page and update that page ,
then goto course edit page in front end and check if this resolves your issue .

Well elementor might not work in units .
And the html content in post quiz message is working at our end .

Are you using the elementor in post quiz message also ?
Well the html tab show active in front end only when in backend you saved the content when the editor was on html tab .
