issue with fourms

We have 2 issues. 1. in pwa (https://www.hublearn.com/welcome-hublearn/) dashboard, we can see forums, and we can create topics and attach to existing forums. But we cannot see the reply, topics we just made, it seems its not loading. So something is wrong. We have all the latest version. In forums page (https://www.hublearn.com/forums/) in frontend, we see topic Type (Normal, Sticky, Super Sticky) and Topic Status(Open, closed and few others...). Please sahre your site url and admin credentials in order to check the issue . Also make sure that vibe-helpdesk plugin is updated to latest version,

Yes we have vibe helpdesk 1.3.1 version. I think its the latest version.
