a. The "details" link appear if you enable Show Full units in Course curriculum in Course settings.
b. There is no confirmation that the issues you're facing are related to the theme. If the issue is in the theme, we'll check and confirm and mark it as a bug. So, if the issue is not marked as bug, it may not be a theme issue. A Bug is replicable on all setups because code is same for all the users including our test sites. As of now this is a site specific issue which can arise due to various factors. The support is provided only for the theme and its components.
