Issues in Quiz

Hello, We are facing a few issues (bugs) in our quizzes that we have added in our course. 1) We have added 61 questions but it shows 62 ( one which was deleted) but allots marks for 59 questions. https://snipboard.io/CegmVT.jpg AND https://snipboard.io/IqEZTL.jpg 2) While testing , even for the correct options it shows that the options are wrong. https://snipboard.io/4nrOXg.jpg AND https://snipboard.io/BhKEYg.jpg 3) Questions are getting shuffled. 4) Options are getting shuffled.

wplms is updated to 1.6.2 cant find any new updates
