issues with wplms 3

Hello:
Did anything change with wplms ?
Several issues recently:
1- Several customers having trouble logging in, need to reset passwords repeatedly.
2- I and customers keep getting popup box to choose to stay on the page or leave the page for no reason.
3- some emails are not sent from the website sometimes, ex. confirming account activation.

I do not have any new plugin.

can you please share any recordings or screenshots of the issues?
as the theme version and plugin version on your site is fine so it should not happen and also if you are using any cache plugin then try to disable that clear cache and then check the same

1 & 2. looks like a script minification and caching issue

3. this case might appear if the user registered but have not activated his account, however, while creating an order on woocommerce he put his same email id and the account would be registered straight away, the user should be not shown in pending

I think the users are registering first but they are not activating their accounts
can you please share the process
how are users purchasing the course, do they need to register first?

yes, they need to register first, you can try.
This is new, everything was working fine.

please use custom registration form and enable skip verification email, and register and login simultaneously

I already have this done years ago.
Something changed, one of your updates could be the problem.
Sometimes, (not always), new registered are activated, but they are not moved to Students from Pending, and email is not sent to me.

Create a custom registration form in wplms. This will be possible using the custom registration form

if you enable this then. it will automatically activate the users without sending the email
and also we haven’t change anything regarding this in the update.

I already have the custom registration form.
I want the system to send verification emails as it used to and does most of the time.

You did change regarding the registration form, you added the user group field, it was not there in the older versions.

so for that please give me permission to create a new custom registration form or you can provide the form link which I can use to replicate the same
