    hi yes now accessible first, I would like to request please deactivate all cache plugins we have tried to check this but cache and third-party plugins creating delays here like: logout after every update in the certificates reload page shows page not found etc

    this can be due to third party plugins that's why we have mentioned deactivating the cache and third party plugin to replicate the issue further

    reason for the black screen is no default certificate page set : https://prnt.sc/1yk48wf I created a page with page template "def cert" and assigned it to WP admin - wplms - course manager- default certificate.

    We checked this out and found that the issue is not related to code .It is related to DNS you are using from cloudflare , there the html is not validating properly and our script is not able to read the dom loaded with ajax on time leading to js error . We would advise you to disable the cloudfront DNS on your site and check this again .
