Can you please clarify more on "Learning community page".

Sorry, on the activity page.

You can only mention the user using @username , this will notify the user that she has been mentioned in the activity.

I'l send you 2 pictures with what i need to do. I need to insert the membres widget in the activity page, but i can't find in with widget area i have to insert that.
