LMS API error message – can't load SCORM 1.2 courses

Hi Team, Per another ticket that Alex responded to, I've created a screen cast of my whole process trying to load a course a scorm package as 1.2. You'll see, I run into some problems on a regular basis. Not sure if I'm missing the right order of steps? And, you'll see the LMS api error message I receive. I have to have this functioning by tomorrow (Thurs.) So far, I've only been able to get a course to display as a SCORM 2004, but it doesn't track completion and won't trigger a certificate. I need to be able to load a scorm course (Rise) and have it trigger a certificate, automatically, based solely on % complete -- not a quiz result. I would also like for the student to be able to leave the scorm course part way and return and have the progress tracked. Your help is hugely appreciated. A detailed screen cast of a process that works that I can follow/repeat would help. Namaste, MK
