i facing problem log in error. Student log in ok. after they log out and want to log in back get this problem. refer to video attachment

The issue is with student account only?

Still same @Diana . I get a lot of complaints when student want to log in they get they facing problem even after reset password

i still receive a lot of complaint regarding this issue. 1. Student request forgot password but still cannot login after change new password 2. I try use set new password at their account also get same problem

Yes @Diana. Same step i follow in video before this. just different i click in the box set new password not display generate new password. after that i saved but i try to log in also dispaly not valid
