February 24, 2021 at 6:03 pm #342262UsapukaSpectatorHello, In a multisite installation on localhost I can't login into the primary site, which has the WPLMS theme and all the plugins updated and activated. I can login through a new site created, on which I have not yet activated any WPLMS: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crnZbkWbN0. In the Network Administration I have created a new super administrator, and the same thing happens: I can only login into the new site and not into the primary site. What could be happening, how can I correct it? RegardsFebruary 25, 2021 at 12:40 pm #342396Anshuman SahuKeymasterwell the theme is not interfering in this , it seems the user you created does not have any access to the main site .You might need to create admin user on main site itself and then promote to super admin . Also please check your network settings for new users created .February 25, 2021 at 1:44 pm #342429UsapukaSpectatorHi Alex, I am installing WPLMS Multisite on localhost because the installation on the web does not work (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/i-cant-get-into-the-dashboard/page/4/#post-342426). After a short time I had to login again and I have not been able to do it, neither with the original super administrator, nor with another one I have created. I can only login through a new site, in which neither WPLMS theme and plugins are activated. Neither can a student I have added enter in the primary site... so no one can do it. Does WPLMS really work on a multisite installation? Neither on the web nor on the localhost have I been able to get it to work. At this moment I don't know how to go on. What can I do? Regards,February 25, 2021 at 8:35 pm #342480UsapukaSpectatorHi Alex, I was able to login again, the problem was caused by the wplms-customizer.php script: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/i-cant-get-into-the-dashboard/page/3/. The problem now is that I can't create new sites. At the beginning when I did this installation I was able to create a new site, now I can't: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crnTYZWZAm. Again I am stuck, what can I do? Thaks, regards,February 26, 2021 at 1:36 pm #342603Anshuman SahuKeymasterHi please make sure that your the wp-content/themes/wplms/templates/directory/blogs/indexblank.php has indexblank.php file . if not then please upload the php file in the zipped file: https://wplms.io/support/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/indexblank.php_.zipFebruary 26, 2021 at 2:45 pm #342634UsapukaSpectatorHi Alex, Thank you!! I uploaded the indexblank.php and now is working fine, I can create new sites :). The script in the wplms-customizer is for preventin the login of the users of one to other sites: what changes should be done in order the script works in the localhost? Thanks, regards,February 27, 2021 at 11:10 am #342816Anshuman SahuKeymasterIm sorry I could not understand it , does script is working on live site but not on localhost . If that is the case then please check the network settings again for the users for this .
