Hello, Please assist with the following issues, as the client is constantly following up: WooCommerce order notification emails are not received by the client All other email notifications are received, i.e. website enquiry forms, new user/student registration, password reset, activate your account, etc. When students purchase more than one course, only the first course goes through (can be taken), i.e.: The student cannot take the other courses purcahsed and only receives one email confirming Refer to https://b-cpdonline.bettinamoser.co.za/wp-admin/post.php?post=6186&action=edit as an example The admin person has now gone and added the courses manually to each students’ account, who purchased more than one course Website gets stuck on the loading screen, when logging into the website and when admin adds a student to a course Try to log in with my test student account details (sent to you via email), then you’ll see what I mean Log in as admin and try to add “Divan” to the https://b-cpdonline.bettinamoser.co.za/course/diastasis-rectus-abdominus-a-physiotherapy-perspective-on-assessment-and-treatment/admin/ course You’ll see that the “Add Students” button gets stuck on loading All the login details have been sent to [email protected] Regards, Divan

    Feedback on the below mentioned: <p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 22px; color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; background-color: #eeeeee;">checked the same as you instructed: http://somup.com/cYjq1E6mKY</p> <p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 22px; color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; background-color: #eeeeee;">and found internal server error 500 which is not code related but server related. Ask your webhost about this, also try deactivating all those plugins which are not a part of wplms(third-party) and then check again</p> <p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 22px; color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; background-color: #eeeeee;">http://prntscr.com/u21k25</p>
    > We have disabled each and every plugin, not related to WPLMS, and it didn't resolve the issue.

I am answering about this issue: adding students to course showing error 500. Yes, I found that glitch and checked everything. It could be possible due to the huge database the ajax call which used to hit to add users into course is showing this error, It shows this error but when you refresh your page. This will show added users We need some time to work on this And because we are following 1 topic ---> 1 issue so please create a new topic for a new issue

I attempted to place a new topic at https://wplms.io/support/forums/forum/wplms-addons/wplms-woocommerce/, but after the page loads for a while, the topic isn't started/posted on the forum. Should I send it to you via email instead?
