on your site yes right! it is happening for this generally, we need to take care of these two settings:

1. the quiz should be connected to course and course should be connected with quiz
2. quiz passing marks should be enabled

please check with the above with new quiz and course if you give me permission to create a new course and make some minimal changes in the test course then let me know I will test it on your site with a new course also please let me know are you using react quizzes or not? because if you are using the react quizzes then I will test the same on my local setup as well with react quizzes.

hi, that's strange I need to replicate the same on my site as well. I think it's a z-index issue but first, I need to replicate it. then let you know.
