Many Spam User Getting Registered on Site

Hello, We have our WPLMS site running and we get a lot of spam user registrations everyday. We have tried adding captcha, added and anti malware tool and had the site to be checked by the support but still it has not stopped. We are using the latest version of WPLMS with all 3rd party plugins all in the process of trying to solve the issue. Can you please guide us as to what to do to have this problem sorted? Thank you.

• I checked the page for the plugin and it is not available for download

• I will be adding this plugin now to the site to test and see how it goes

 

1. Normally, google captcha works for this

It is working fine. But still try other plugins if you are not getting the desired result.
