Match answer questions with radio button

Hello! I need to make in my courses questions like this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G4uvUPgQ3ePn6U4w7NWcnEqA8xYECnY3/view How can I do it? It is not possible with Dropdown Select (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/styling-of-dropdown-select-questions/#post-262558) but perhaps it is possible in another way?

@shynkaryk We don't have exactly like this This is Match Answer Type Question which you can achieve using Match Question Type but the result will not be like this You can check H5p plugin for quizzes. We have integration for that wplms h5p https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvyjxz8eTvE But first confirm if they are offering this type of question or not. If they are offering this, then you can use it in wplms as well with the help of our instegration plugin h5p
