    Meeting creation is done at the BBB server we only get the meeting URL for instructor and student. 1,2,4 is not possible because it is part of the BBB server. 3 -The user who created the meeting has already has admin capability for the meeting.

    No, it will be stored on the BBB server which is temporary. If you want to store the recording you can use vibe-zoom with a premium zoom subscription which stores meeting video at zoom server.
