Members directory showing blank screen

Members directory is set to logged in members only, when visited https://lms.noshor.com/members-directory/ instead of prompting for logging in, it shows a blank screen.

Members directory is set to logged in members only----> which setting did you enabled? check the page should be connected in wp-admin > settings > buddypress > pages > members directory

Hi, apologies for delay in the solution. Please share your admin password once more here in private reply. I did not save it as it can be viewed only once it can not be accessed with this link now. I logged out to verify the issue and now I am not able to check your site.

Yes, Correct this is how it should behave: http://prntscr.com/xfdox6 Confirmed by checking on my setup as well And I tried with custom code to either redirect non logged in users to homepage when they hit on directory page or display a message there but not working

@diana showing a blank screen makes absolutely no sense, that's just a glitch that needs to be fixed. redirecting to homepage is not a proper UX, it should simply prompt for login, but if that's too much to process, redirecting to homepage is better than showing a blank screen. when would you be able to fix this, I need that resolved ASAP, I have reported it a week ago, and the fact that across the team this experience (showing a blank screen) is considered OK is shocking!

http://prntscr.com/zparm8 This is what Mr. Vibe Posted on this, that you can add members directory in profile menu. So it will not look weird, and users can check that yes they are not able to access the directory because it is restricted
