i could not get any solutions.
I am unable to answer on that ticket that’swhy created new ticket.
I stuck this time.
I can not see and answer in ticket which created by me.

No worries, not sure why you were unable to post in that ticket, it is in the same forum. We check the oldest ticket first, so if you would have simply shared the details in that ticket the issue would have been resolved by now.
When I visit your site I can see an issue already ( http://prntscr.com/974wep ), in case you’re not aware of this issue, please contact your web host on this.
I am really not sure which “menu” font size you’re referring to, because it seems you’ve already applied the CSS and increased the font size of the menus, refer screenshot (http://prntscr.com/974xay), it would be great if you can share a screenshot of “menus” you want to increase the font size for. This is a customisation request, we expect users to be able to do these tasks on their own (or hire freelancers), you may want to check out this video tutorial to try these changes yourself without the need for item support ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_QIrL6Pu60 ) which is mainly reserved for bugs and issues (not site specific issues).

1. I was unable to reply on that ticket that’s why i replied in this ticket, You can check it by my credentials. and we know you help us if i replied on that ticket.
and It is a big problem for us.
2. Yeah we know that url issue ( some extra characters shows after teduc.in).
For that we raised ticket to you. and you told it is hosting side problem.
We raised ticket to host then they told it is programming side error.
So we stuck at both side and we have lots of work remaining so we will look it after sometime.6 years, 8 months ago Mr.VibeKeymaster
1. So is this issue resolved ? I shared a screenshot and it seems you’ve been able to increase the font size.
2. Even if I agree with your web host, the Theme & Plugin code is same for all (8000+) users and there is no other case which displays this strange behaviour. Secondly there is no code in the theme which should impact the url. So I highly suspect this is related to the theme.
