Menu Navigation Bar not responsive (not show using mobile)

Hello sir i want to ask. i have one problem. When i using menu in desktop its show ok, run smoothly but when i use mobile phone to see my site, the menu  bar cannot click and not showing dropdown menu. can u help me tq
