Hello, At this moment I do not have the option of messages to configure in the touch point zone. (Email options and notifications are enabled). See image please: https://prnt.sc/mqt8s5 Could you please tell me how to enable message options? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The message option is disabled because you have not enabled the message component in the buddypress in your website.

Please go to wp-admin->settings->buddypress->components, and enable private messages.
