Missing Footer Menu on certain pages

Hi I have done a demo switch and found that the footer menu is missing from certain pages. you can see this video: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crhDfmVfyaZ I have already set the footer menu to double as shown in this video. when in customise it shows the footer menu but not in the live page. http://somup.com/crhDfPFPbz

hi you have added this code /*footer{position:fixed;bottom:0;left:0;width:100%;z-index:-1;} */ that was the issue
